My summary for my career is that for teaching you need to have a bachelors degree,teacher training program these two things can take about 3 or 4 years.The main duties would be tutoring children, preparing lessons, watching and caring for the kids, helping the kids and dealing with some of their problems. Each class you teach will be about 27 to 30 students. The working hours are part-time or full-time.The salary for this job is 17 dollars for 15.0 hours per week.The rates for employment have increased slightly meaning there are more job openings. Once you start to write lessons for the kids and hand them out later you will have to mark all those papers which takes a lot of patients and i think i have lots of patients. I think this job will also suit me because i am passionate,patient,reliable,trustworthy,mature and lots more.
I am interested in doing this career because i am interested in working with kids because they are so fun to play with and teach, they are always full of energy and it just feels nice sometimes to be around them. I am suitable for this job because i love to help people learn new things, also to do new things, so i think this career would be good for me. One of the skills that you will need is communication skills.Some schools that teach or train this teaching program are SFU and online courses that you can take from home.There are different types of teachers for example there is a library teacher, music teacher,class teacher,substitute teacher and a lst teacher. I think this career will also suit me because when i was in elementary school i used to have so much fun, so i miss it so i could be a teacher and enjoy all of these things again.
I am concerned about whether I will still want to be an elementary teacher in the future.In conclusion this is my blog post about being an elementary teacher and why I chose this as my career.
